1) Q10Vital (Energy and antioxidant):
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a natural substance that is present in all human cells and plays a fundamental role in converting energy from carbohydrates and fatty acids. It is now well established that CoQ10 is an essential component of the mitochondrial energy metabolism. It is responsible for energy conversion from carbohydrates, proteins and fatty acids into high-energy adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which plays an integral role in supplying energy to chemical reactions in the body and therefore driving cellular machinery and synthesis.
Further, CoQ10 has been known to be a very effective antioxidant for over 40 years, protecting against lipid peroxidation, DNA and protein oxidation and being capable of functioning synergistically with other antioxidants. A key advantage of CoQ10 lies in its presence in the mitochondria, where free radicals are mainly formed. For this reason, it can be more effective than other antioxidants which are more evenly distributed throughout a cell.

2) Milk thistle: Silybum marianum (silymarin): to treat alcoholic liver disease
Silybum marianum or milk thistle (MT) is the most well-researched plant in the treatment of liver disease. The active complex of MT is a lipophilic extract from the seeds of the plant and is composed of three isomer flavonolignans (silybin, silydianin, and silychristin) collectively known as silymarin. Silybin is a component with the greatest degree of biological activity and makes up 50% to 70% of silymarin. Silymarin is found in the entire plant but it is concentrated in the fruit and seeds. Silymarin acts as an antioxidant by reducing free radical production and lipid peroxidation, has antifibrotic activity and may act as a toxin blockade agent by inhibiting binding of toxins to the hepatocyte cell membrane receptors. Silymarin has been used to treat alcoholic liver disease, acute and chronic viral hepatitis and toxin-induced liver diseases.

Milk thistle has been used since the time of ancient physicians and herbalists to treat a range of liver and gallbladder disorders, including hepatitis, cirrhosis and jaundice, and to protect the liver against poisoning from chemical and environmental toxins, including snakebites, insect stings, mushroom poisoning and alcohol.

3) Hydra4G: maintaining optimal hydration – boost, hydrate, balance

Minerals are essential nutrients that the body needs to properly carry out its daily functions and processes. They are crucial elements to all vital organs. Mineral deficiency occurs for many reasons (a lack in the diet, difficulty to absorb from food or a simple increase in needs) and it can result in a variety of serious health problems. To avoid or treat several deficiencies, supplementation is the solution. Hydra4G is a premix of 4 chelated mineral salts in powder form: calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium were selected due to their important physiological functions.
When dehydrated, it is important to restore your body`s water balance as soon as possible. Just drinking a lot of water usually is not sufficient. The water in our body contains crucial electrolytes, i.e. important minerals that allow our body to carry out critical chemical reactions (Maughan, 2000).

4) Taurine: energy
Taurine is a derivative of the amino acid cysteine, and is found in high quantities in heart and skeletal muscle. Taurine is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscles and plays an important role in modulating contractile function. Taurine is present in high concentrations throughout the brain and plays an important role both in neuroprotection and enhancement of neurotransmission.
Taurine is synthesized in the liver from the amino acid cysteine, as well as from other sulphur compounds. It has a role in several biological processes, including the formation of bile salt, cell membrane stability, the modulation of calcium flow and neuronal excitability. Taurine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the human body. It is present in relatively high amounts in skeletal and cardiac muscle and evidence in experimental animals suggests that it is essential to normal muscle maintenance and function. Human studies suggest that taurine is readily absorbed from consumed food and that plasma level of taurine peak within an hour after ingestion.

5)  Guarana: Paullinia cupana: long lasting energy
Paullinia cupana, also known as guarana, is a South American plant that has been mentioned as early as 1872 for the treatment of “Sick-Headache”. The Amazonians have used the seeds of its fruit to increase awareness and energy. Guarana’s stimulant effect is due to its similar chemical composition to that of caffeine. There is 2%-4.5% caffeine in the guarana seeds, compared to 1%-2% in the coffee bean (Wassef et al., 2017).

6) Caffein: energy
Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that affects numerous neurotransmitter and endocrine signaling pathways. Caffeine, a methylxanthine, is the most common psychoactive ingredient found in energy drinks. It is rapidly and completely absorbed after ingestion, generally reaching peak concentrations within 30 to 120 min. Caffeine is primarily metabolized in the liver to a number of physiologically active metabolites, including paraxanthine, theobromine and theophylline. Caffeine contained in energy drinks has ergogenic potential for affecting both physical and mental performance.

7) Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to:
  • normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • normal functioning of the nervous system
  • normal psychological function
  • he protection of cells from oxidative stress
  • the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

8) Pantothenic acid:
Pantothenic acid contributes to :
  • normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • normal mental performance
  • the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

9) Vitamin B6:
Vitamin B6 contributes to :
  • normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • normal functioning of the nervous system
  • normal psychological function
  •  the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

10) Vitamin B12:
